Naked! plague of tics

Overall this was a fun and quick read, with a alot of humor mixed in. David Sedaris details his early life living with OCD. While his father was an obvious hoarder and his mother an alcoholic, Dave suffered from a problem that was not really considered a defect at the time. He had to suffer through his school years all the way up to college, where he finally took up smoking. Smoking gave his hands and mouth an outlet, while his mind could relax knowing the cigarette was returning to his mouth soon. I thought the story itself, was a way for David to look at back at his childhood and find humor in his fears and anxieties. In time his tic's have become less prevalent in his daily routine and he can know concentrate on more important things in his life.
